WebThe community treatment team (CTT) works with adults in the community with an acute physical need who could potentially be treated at home, rather than attend accident and emergency (A&E). WebCTT is Team Driven. Our agency has four Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams and five Blended Enhanced Case Management (BE) teams. Our teams are multi-disciplinary providing support 24-hour a day / 7-days a week. We do whatever is necessary to enable our participants to live and thrive in the community.
